Zhang Guangjun, senior engineer, majoring in analytical chemistry at China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), is currently the dean of Lvfeng Food Environmental Protection Technology Research Institute and the executive director of the University Laboratory Association. Research direction: water quality analysis and experimental sanitary wastewater treatment. Won the second prize of the Henan Province Science and Technology Progress Award and the first prize of the Science and Technology Achievement Award of the Education Department. As the first host, he successfully authorized 2 national invention patents and published more than 30 papers.

Xi Wenchang, senior engineer, holds a PhD in metallurgical engineering from Chongqing University and is currently the director of the Technology Center of State Power Investment Corporation. Research direction: flue gas pollutant purification technology. He once presided over the project "Development and Application of Key Technologies for Ultra-Low Emission Denitrification Catalysts Based on Complex Coal Quality", "Research on Preparation Technology of Key Raw Materials for Catalysts and Formulations Based on Raw Materials", and was awarded the Chongqing Municipal Science and Technology Award Technology Progress Award.

Luo Hanjin holds a PhD in Engineering from the National University of Yamanashi, Japan, and is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Environment and Energy at South China University of Technology. Currently, he is an expert in reviewing national science and technology awards and a reviewer of papers in more than 30 domestic and foreign academic journals. Mainly carried out water environment pollution assessment and research on the mechanisms of arsenic and fluorine pollution in groundwater, technological treatments such as photocatalytic oxidation, advanced oxidation, graphene and other nanocomposite materials, treatment and pollution control of heavy metal-contaminated water bodies and refractory industrial organic wastewater. Fan Wenxiu, male, from Henan, is a member of the Democratic League. He graduated from the Chemistry Department of Zhengzhou University in 1986. He is a professor, master's tutor, environmental protection expert, and technology review expert of the Science and Technology Bureau of Henan Institute of Science and Technology. Main research directions: spectroscopic analysis and sample pretreatment, preparation of super hydrophobic functional materials and their application in oil-water separation.
