Air flotation device process flow and principle

1. Raw water enters the mixing reactor, and chemicals (degreasing agent or coagulant) are added to the mixing reactor to form separable flocs;

2. The pretreated sewage enters the air flotation device, and the tiny bubbles (bubble diameter range 30~50um) released in the sewage and air-water mixture in the water inlet chamber are mixed. These tiny bubbles adhere to the flocs in the sewage, forming airborne bodies with a specific gravity smaller than water. The air float rises to the water surface and condenses into floating oil (or scum), which is scraped by the oil (slag) scraper to the oil (slag) collection tank;
3. The heavier solid particles in the water inlet chamber settle here and are discharged through the sand discharge valve. The system requires the sand discharge valve to be opened regularly to keep the water inlet chamber clean;
4. When sewage enters the water distribution area of the air flotation device, the rapidly rising particles will float to the water surface; the slower rising particles will be separated in the corrugated inclined plate. Once a particle contacts the corrugated inclined plate, it can reverse the flow under the action of buoyancy. Rise in the direction of water flow

2012 Founded

In March, Xinxiang Lvfeng Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. was registered and established in Xinxiang Guomao Building by two young people who had been engaged in environmental protection equipment sales for 6 years after nearly half a year of planning. In the early stage, it mainly produced and sold sewage treatment equipment.

2013 Initial

In March, it undertook the industrial wastewater treatment renovation project. Since then, Lufeng Environmental Protection has changed from a single equipment manufacturing and sales company to an environmental protection enterprise that provides overall solutions for industrial wastewater.

2014 Development Stage

In January, the company was changed to Xinxiang Lvfeng Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. and obtained the third-level qualification for general contracting of environmental protection projects that year, marking Lvfeng Environmental Protection's entry into a period of rapid development, undertaking more than a dozen large and small projects.

2015 Create R&D Center
